These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in events run by Paceville Pub Crawl, operated by Keystone Global LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a ticket or joining an event, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
All bookings are made through our website and are confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. Prices are shown at checkout in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively after a booking is completed.
Each booking generates a unique QR-code e-ticket. You must present this ticket (on your phone or printed) at the meeting point to be checked in. Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot booked. Keep your ticket secure — anyone presenting a valid QR code may be checked in.
Customer cancellations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, no-shows, or late arrivals. We recommend you book only once your plans are confirmed.
Tickets may, at our discretion, be transferred to another person for the same date and time slot — contact us in advance to arrange this.
In rare cases we may need to cancel, reschedule or modify an event due to circumstances beyond our control (for example extreme weather, venue closures, insufficient numbers, or other unforeseen events). If this happens, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another available date. Our liability in such cases is limited to the price you paid for your ticket.
You must be 18 years or older to participate. This is a nightlife event involving licensed venues and alcohol. Valid photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) is required and may be checked at the meeting point and at each venue. Anyone unable to prove they are 18+ will be refused entry without a refund.
We want everyone to have a great, safe night. We and the venues we visit reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, anyone who is excessively intoxicated, aggressive, behaving dangerously or anti-socially, or who does not comply with venue rules or the instructions of our staff. No refund will be given where entry is refused or a guest is ejected for such reasons. You are responsible for your own behaviour and for any damage you cause.
Your ticket includes guided entry to the venues on the crawl and the drinks/inclusions described for your ticket type at the time of booking. Anything not expressly listed (additional drinks, food, transport, personal expenses) is not included. Venues on the route may change without notice due to availability.
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18+. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to decline serving alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated. You participate in the event and consume alcohol at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, illness or damage to persons or personal property occurring during the event, except where caused by our negligence. You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our staff or photographers may capture photos and video during events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media. If you do not wish to be featured, please let a member of staff know on the night and we will do our best to accommodate you.
